My PD is Aug 2011, I-485 was filed in Oct 2020 with EB3 downgrade, struck up at Texas, I got EAD in Dec 2021 so if I do interfile to EB2 now, Can I still use EAD & Change the job Or I have to wait 6 months from date of interfiling ?

If your objective is to change job, what is stopping you from using EAD right now? Isn't your date current in both 2 and 3? Why do you want to interfile?Originally Posted by sanjeevchhibber

The only reason for thinking about interfiling is everyone saying that if u r in EB3 u r dead so getting worried
