H1b Transfer : Approval, RFE, Rejection trend

Hello,
I could not find a thread on trend of H1B transfer results. Or is there any link/data where we can get an idea of how transfer petitions are moving.

I have been offered a job which I was looking forward to and how H1b transfer is filed. And as it happens always, current org wants me to take up some heavy responsibility. I know that I will move once visa transfer is approved so I was looking to check if RFE or approval is the trend now.

As of March 2021, based on a small sample size most premium processing h1b transfer seems to be taking 4-10 business days.
My transfer got approved within 3 business days of receipt.
My extension got approved in 8 days from receipt.

Also to my understanding you can join the new company once you have the receipt and do not have to wait till the approval. Others may correct me if the understanding is worng.

One can join with receipt, but that comes with the risk of losing status in case of rejection.
