This is only Consular processing for FB. Actual number can only be known after counting FB AOS numbers.

FB AOS typically averages 10-15K per year. In this case, 92K FB CP visas have been consumed. Add another 12K FB AOS + 1K for Aug-Oct 2020 FB CP (worst case). That would still leave SO of 120500 visas to EB. May the force be with the backlogged folks....

This is not a typical year. As soon as Consulates were closed, DoS started moving FB dates more to facilitate more AOS approvals. I believe AOS numbers for FB will be more than 12K.
