Guys, got CPO mails Saturday morning. After 14 years in the US, hopefully this chapter is closed.

Thanks to this excellent forum for providing high quality analysis and reliable info over the years...

I still expect USCIS to deliver my wife's card to the wrong address, as they have done with 2 RFEs (despite the correct address with LI/L2), but that is a smaller anxiety to getting approved.

Good luck to all here, and I am sure most to all current in August will get approved this year!

I just want to say - on all Guru's behalf (if I can) - that it feels good when people take the effort to let everybody else know their good news. It is also appreciated when people register just to tell us the good news. All the best guys in whatever you choose to do with this freedom.

I wasn't expecting it to come by so early and so haven't really processed it yet ... I thought TSC would clear 2008 before starting on 2009 ..

I cannot thank this forum enough for all the information and support it has provided over the past few years.

Special shout out to Q,Spec,Teddy, Kanmani, Nishant, Veni, Viz, sportsfan, Imdeng, KD, Matt ... forgive me for I cannot practically list everybody's name here .. this entire forum is darn good !

RFE: June 30th, replied back July 6th. RFERR since July 8th.


Waiting for Sportsfan's approval and hoping to see Kanmani and Imdeng getting current and getting their GCs soon ..

Good luck to all who are waiting at the various stages .... hopefully things will change for better soon and it won't take as long ..

Im fairly sure you will get approved but that is an awfully long time to respond to the RFE. Open a SR online and hope for the best.

I opened a SR online on the 4th and guess what? I got CPO emails yesterday evening from USCIS. Exactly 90 days after the RFE was issued. Thank you so much vizcard. Special thanks to 'Q' for running this informative forum and I am not going to forget Teddy, Sportsfan, Spectator and many others whom i followed regularly on this site. The information and analysis presented here is top quality and has been a great support.
