Location Specificity of green card

I have a technical question regarding I140 and I485.
1. Is I140 location specific? I have an offer to move within my company to a different location.
2. Will I need to move back when time comes to file for I485?
3. Do I need to continue working at my current location as my employer?

1. Perm is location specific, actual Certification is based upon none other than the 'alien' reported is suitable for the said job. Job ad is location specific .

2. The Job offer is for future employment , you need not move back to the specific location at the time of filing I-485, but the EVL should specify that you will work at the job location upon receiving your GC.

3. After GC, you must revert to the job location as described in the perm. (in absence of AC21 portability)
