Now it is my turn to receive desi movie pulice istyle email:

The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on January 17, 2012. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Received email today, Card was already delivered on Jan 19th.
No Doubt somebody wrote a nice thread based emailing program and missed enough details on time of sending.

Getting increasingly worried about no news about EAD/AP approval from TSC. Any thoughts gc_usa bhai ...yours seems to have reached them on 09 Dec. Mine reached on 15th Dec.It still looks to be within normal processing time.

Also last week an USCIS agent stopped by my office to ask me questions about H1 extension .I wonder if it was triggered by the AOS process.

Wife has to meanwhile urgently leave to India, looks like AP will not reach in time. Will have to go for H4 stamping based on my extension which was granted two months ago.

I posted it in a new thread but somehow it went under moderation. Not sure under which sub-forum will it appear though.

gcseekah bhai... our ead/ap came in 80 days after filing so dont worry and they will definitely get it before 90 day period.... the visit you mentioned is definitely due to the H1 extension you got recently...
Luckily H4 stamping is fairly easy and i hope and wish everything works out fine for you guys....

We got RFEs for not getting the influenza vaccine. We didn't know that could be a cause for an RFE.

Site visit has nothing to do with I 485. Its for H1b. I would be happy to know if they have linked to I 485 so if you are genuine and working at workplace you supposed to be then chances for RFE are less. If you don't get after 75 days call them they will open a SR and make sure you get in 90 days. that was I was told over phone. I got mine on 57th days I guess..

Nishant, is that you with profileid Nish2200 on trackitt?? ( guess there must be a anteater on trackit.. ;-) )

    Reported by Nish2200 on trackitt:

Guys, a friend reported that his colleague, who has PD Nov 15 2007, NSC, Dec Filer, RD of December 7th 2011, got approval mail today on 2/8/2012. This is in LA area in California. The company is like a 600 employee company, full time job, masters in USA.

Taking Jan 2012 Inventory as baseline, Here is what TSC has till 2007.
assuming all 1600 Pre-2006 and 60% 2007 the number comes to 1600+4560 = 6160. Since it is playing in July 2007 area, we can assume 50 % of it is done, so another 3K to go. I don't know how the spill over works, But TSC should be able to kick out this 3K in April ( as second quarter spill at that time). That is the longest it should take.

Does this mean 485 for a NSC case with Feb 2008 PD was approved?

    Posted by Nish2200 on trackitt:

    to SunLight19:

ok guys, one more, and this time, goes against what SunLight19 thought and what even I was thinking. The same friend reports another approval for a person who has PD of February 2008, NSC, Dec 1st RD, and this person is a consultant, although he too has masters from USA.

I can vouch for accuracy on this if it comes from my friend, we know each other since 11 years and went to same university in USA.

I definitely think masters in US is helping a bit.

Thanks for the information gc_usa bhai. Hopefully get it before the 90 days without the need to intiate SR.

    yup it's me.

These posts also kind of led to a argument about whether masters helps etc

    It's ok, I respect everyone's views.

But yes, the news is accurate.

    Feb 2008! really lucky guy.

Lol Soggadu could not stop laughing. I meant it more in the sense of the almighty bestowing his grace and turning the weak into mighty.

Srk fans are targetting Hrithik fans unfairly ( Just kidding ) . Jokes aside Hrithik has a long way to go before he even attempts to compare himself with King Khan.
