Education Evaluation for H1B

Hi

I have 3year Bachelor Of Science Degree from a University.In addition to that I have 2.5years of professional work experience.

Also I did my GNIIT ( 3 year course) from NIIT. So I would like to know if USCIS consider GNIIT equivalent to 1year US degree.

Please let me know if I can quality for H1B so that I can apply H1B in this April 2012.

Hi Anjali,

If you want to save the cost of having the attorney prepare the documents for evaluation, you can work directly with an evaluation firm to see what they come up with. Two firms that the attorney's work with are IEE (http://www.foreigntranscripts.com/) and Morningside (http://www.morningeval.com/).

Once done, give the evaluation form to an immigration attorney.

Submit the 3 year degree and GNIIT credentials. All the best
