    Adjustment of Status(AOS) Medical Examinations

    First of all, Thank you guru's, for a nice blog.

    I'am hope full that based of predictions that my PD will become current some time before Dec VB Bulletin. I want to know, if we can go for AOS Medical Examinations before PD get current, its just to save time and last minute hurry burry Dr. appointments.

    As long as you get the Medial examinations completed as per I-693 instructions, it is valid for one year

    "Note: The results of the medical examination are generally valid for only 12 months. Applicants should schedule the medical examination as close as possible to the time they file for adjustment of status, but provide for sufficient time for the performance of laboratory testing or additional testing required under CDC's Technical Instructions."
