Received an RFE:
You did not properly complete Part 3, section C of your Form I-485 application. Therefor, submit an affidavit listing you present and past membership in, or affiliation with, every political organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the United States or any other place since your 16th birthday. Include the name, location and purpose of each organization and your dates of membership. Your affidavit should also include any foreign military service. If none, state "none" in your affidavit.


Gurus please help me reply this RFE. What should be the format of the response and do I need to get it notarized?

Ask your lawyers. If you are doing this by yourself, this is how I would do it.

- I'd start with Reference details (Case #, RFE # etc.)
- Copy the exact language from Part 3, Section C in the 485 form.
- If any of it is relevant, document it in a tabular form. If not, just type in "None".

Get it notarized. Your bank or post office should have a notary.
