Hello All,

1) My mother's name in my passport : Lakkshmi
Mother's name in her passport : Laksmi (Letters K and H are missing)
How should my mother's name be there in my birth Certificate? Should it reflect my passport or hers?

2) Many of my friends suggest to get the birth certificate with Full Name, but my school marksheets and degree certificates have initial.
Ex: Given Name in Passport : Sundar Balaji
Surname in Passport : Prasath
Name in school mark sheets and degree certificate : P. Sundar Balaji

How should my name be there in birth Certificate ?
