Yes, Employer can revoke before 180 days and you have to apply PERM again but can retain your PD. Only if USCIS revokes it for fraud then you cant retain your PD.

If Employer revokes after 180 days, you can invoke AC21 and youre good. If USCIS revokes it for fraud then you have to file a new PERM and cant retain your PD.
