If we still have not received EADs by now, does that mean we are going to get both EAD and GC together? Please help me understand.
EAD / AP are interim benefits of 485. So you have not receive EAD / AP approval yet ? Anyways you are probably closer to get the 485 approved itself EAD / AP will be redundant after that anyway. All the best.

    AMEN.

Is it just me or does it seem like there is usually not much TSC activity on Mondays?

It's just a Murphy's law. As long as our case is pending everything @ TSC appears stalled

Leo & Essenel start to another week. Looks like 25% cases are getting RFE's that is why things are getting really slow now. All really depends on the officer who is reviewing the response if he / she has a few minutes of time to clear out our cases. Quite realistically the RFE response received date is our new RD for review by the officer, even though by the work flow rules our cases should go back to their original positions. Mine is Mar 1st so I probably have a few more weeks to go at this rate since there are several 2 weeks plus waiters. Yes TSC is a bit dull on Mondays; who wouldn't be after the weekend looks like some officers work on Saturday and get their comp off on Monday. There are still cases filed early Nov that have not seen any kind of response including RFE. Good luck to everyone in the RFE club.

Wow, that is a lot of RFEs! I don't understand how they can lose so many documents...I thought it is all scanned in and they print it out and put all the case files on the officer's desk and if something is missing then they just print it out again...clearly, it's not working like that. I wonder if their servers were down today or if there was a technical problem of some sort. There were no approvals at all today either from TSC or NSC. Weird....

So did you have to take the old medical forms back to the same civil surgeon and get him/her to correct the flu portion of it and reseal? Did he/she charge you again for that?

Why don't you start from "Main ghar se cycle le ke nikla ...." and tell us the whole story. There are many of us here on the forum expecting such an RFE.

Wow..it's been absolutely quiet for the past 2 days. May be everybody is out on an early Spring Break.

It's hard not to check the phone every minute for a text message/ email. I'm getting restless and unable to concenterate at work.

Hey 1010, first of all, did you know that in French and Belgian, Tintin is actually pronounced more like 'Tenten'? This should be your new nickname now

Now for the less important stuff - did your status change to Response Review or not yet? (Mine hasn't changed yet....)

Its indeed a relief to know that both EAD/GC can be tracked.

Btw, what is the update on your case?

For the flu shot I believe that you would get the original reports back and have to send the same back sealed in another envelope. That’s a very quick turnaround approving your case should be a formality.

Thanks for the info. Now its nothing but wait.

Did you happen to find out about the RFE details?

    Wish you good luck.

I received a text on 2/26 saying the RFE response was received on 2/24.

    Sorry for not elaborating earlier.

I took the original medical forms with a copy of the RFE letter to the same civil surgeon. They needed us to show a proof for influenza vaccines even if we had given a copy earlier. The last page having the vaccination record was replaced and filled with necessary details and the date when the vaccine was received with the corresponding box checked accordingly. And the RFE letter was placed on top of the original forms and sealed in together. We received copies for our reference. The civil surgeon didn't charge a penny extra and the whole process was done in almost 20 minutes. Just make sure to check the changes before they are sealed in.

    Hope this helps.

This trend is from the Nov filers RFE/Approved is 25%. Probably I believe the individuals who receive the documentation scan the gold sheet that is how we get the alerts and upload for the officer. After that its all upto the officer. Unfortunately by getting the RFE we missed a golden chance.

That’s a important update I got it only on Mar 1st, our responsibility kind of ends once we get this alert. Good luck.

No update buddy just waiting, waiting and waiting. Might well take this whole month for me as things seem to be really slow again.

    Friends,

Both me and my wife received RFEs for BC. I am getting to respond to our RFEs tomorrow. Quick question, would you recommend mailing the responses to our RFEs as separate mails? Or can I put the 2 responses in the same mail (large envelope) but enclosed in two separate envelopes? Please advise.

I don't know what my lawyer did but better to go with the large envelope with 2 small ones with the gold sheet visible or on top in each small envelope.
