My wife went to India and had to get her H1b visa stamped there. However, she got a white form(221g) and her visa is in administrative processing. I am working here in US on H1b. Can she apply for H4 visa while her H1b visa is in administrative processing?

Somebody a year back had posted exactly the same thing that happened with him at Delhi consulate. Eventually his got cleared in 2-3 weeks I believe. You may want to do a search on "administrative processing" on this forum. (p.s. I am sorry in advance.
