    e-mail from NVC

    hi guys
has this happened to anyone before.
three days ago i recived a e-mail from the nvc telling me that my case had now been sent for cp in london, well i was over the moon with news but i know that something is wrong my pd date is march 2007 eb3row.
and i know that i am not current yet so i e-mailed the nvc and got this reply today it said
that my case is next in the line to be sent but i sould not have been sent that e-mail yet i have been told that this was pre- listed ready to be sent
does this mean that they know who they are going to be sending e-mails too long before the vb comes out.
    regards

GJ... they do it for PD's whom they think would be current in an year or so... lot of people from EB2 India are getting these emails as they opted for CP... I believe they would need atleast 6 months to transfer a case from US to other consulates, so the advance emails...hope it helps...

I agree, that doesn't sound right.

Even by September 2012, unless something dramatic changes, I think EB3-ROW will still be in 2006.

    Maybe something is afoot ..............

Since NVC is continuously processing cases, it wouldn't surprise me that they work sometime ahead - but not that far.

Sorry I can't deliver more hopeful news.
Without an irritant, there can be no pearl.
