It is stated in the bulletin that, filings (not demand) are extremely low at USCIS.

It looks like the demand destruction is prominent atleast till March 2008, Next bulletin may see such rapid movement and Spec/Teddy/Veni needs to adjust the possible date of actual approval for fy2012

I missed your presence manubhai...time to push for HR 3012 shortly to bring a similar news to EB3-I.

Agree. Not only EB3I, even EB2I needs HR 3012 because EB2I is also spillover dependent. My PD is in May, 2011. There is no way I am going to get current soon without HR 3012.
