Finally got my biometrics done in Austin TX ASC.
It was for Code 2 Biometrics
Do I expect another one from USCIS for I 485? or they are going to reuse it?
Please guide

Same thing happened for my derivative.
We applied in October, 2020.
Both of us had our biometrics done in December 2020 and our dates are current since March, 2021.
I got code 3 biometrics for both 765 and 485.
But my spouse got only code 2 for 765.
He has not yet received another code 3 biometrics notice for code 3.
But, I had read many posts of Trackitt, with many saying that they got another code 3 biometrics notice later.
Don't know when that will happen for us!

Hi Everyone,
A dumb question. Are the RFE response forms supposed to be signed in black ink or blue ink. Is a black ball point pen the one to use?
Hi Everyone,
One other question is the G325a for Deferred action the right one to fill for Employment based 485 candidates? Paralegal seems to have filled the form that G325a (Deferred Action). Isnt that for the Daca people?
hi
has anyone faced this where they received physical RFE, but online status never updated... its been more than a 8 weeks and my online status is still same 2015-16 yet...

Guys,
I applied for AOS on Oct-29-2020. And recently applied for i140 PP for EB3. Today the case status "Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent" for i140PP. Attorney is yet to receive the details. Any idea what type of RFE it would be and any harm to EB2. Please let know.

Strange that you got an RFE even after submitting medicals and Supp J. Did you include a complete birth certificate and if not complete, affidavits etc.? I know some people who got birth certificate RFEs because as is normal a lot of our BCs from the 80s are just bogus with spelling errors and missing parent/last name info etc.
GC Approved 7/29/2021
The Lawyers have advised me to always use Black ink . Though once I used Blue and it still went through many years ago.

What is everyone's opinions on raising SRs for 2012 filers? TSC Feb 2010 priority date here. No RFE since 2012 and absolute silence from USCIS and TSC. I did change jobs in 2012 (180 days later) and filed AC21 at that time.
Should I be submitting a SR or should we just wait and bide our time? My EAD renewal is also pending with TSC, applied in March, just got receipts last week.
I am a 2012 filer with Sep 2009 PD. I became current in November and no RFE so far. I opened an SR in January and I cannot say that it helped. However, that should not stop you from opening SR if it makes you comfortable. As a 2012 filer you do qualify to open an SR under "case falls outside normal processing times". This whole ordeal of not getting RFE from TSC is quite frustrating whereas my NSC counterparts have received GCs two months ago.
TSC; EB2-I: PD: 17-SEP-09; I-485 RD: 25-APR-12
Recently I met one of my friend who lives in Charlotte and was with TSC before being greened back in 2017. He went through congressman for getting greened after staying current for almost a year and raising multiple SR's. The one key point that he mentioned to me is that each time an SR is raised, it seems the file is moved from one officer to another officer and goes to the bottom of the new pile of files. So the congressman's office advised him to not raise multiple SR's there by risking every time going to the bottom of a new pile. Just heard about it couple of days back. Others may have better experience.
