Question for Travel with AP (Expired Visa) through London, Dubai, Doha

First of all I am dumb that I made this travel arrangement to save some Greens and now I am so Lost!!!

Well, my travel itinerary is Dallas-London(UK)-Dubai(UAE)-Kolkata and a week after that back to US by Kolkata-Doha(Qatar)-London(Uk)-Dallas. You all know How Bengalis are for Durga Puja, don't you !! And I will be there after 10 LONG years.

Well now, with my Visa expired, with Advance Parole, what I need to do for Travel?

    http://www.immihelp.com/visas/transi...uirements.html

According to the above link, looks like I need transit Visa for UK only. Has anyone got UK transit Visa? Do I need separate Transit Visas for To and From Journey?

Any suggestion and first hand experience is highly appreciated.

AND, if I come back safely using YOUR tips, BENGALI Sweets will be delivered to your address

    Thanks Guys and Gals !!!

abcd - while going to India you are fine since you will be holding the indian passport. But coming back through Europe (including London) AP is not officially accepted as visa to US and hence it is an issue.

You can get lucky sometimes. But I wouldn't count on that and hence try to get visa stamped in Kolkata if you still are on H1.

BUT, NOPE, No More Visa Stamping. 6 year is OVER.

Looking more info about Transit Visa through UK, Dubai, Doha.

You can apply for transit visa through UK. You would need to send application form, 90$ fee and along with travel details to the nearest UK consulate in US. They would schedule biometrics at the nearest ASC and you would receive your passport stamped in two weeks.

abcd1234, you will need a transit visa for London. Also you will need it both while going and on your return (only one visa will cover both the parts of journey). The direction of travel does not matter (Q, it is very illogical but even if you are going to India and you have Indian passport you still need a UK transit visa if you are passing through London). Please get a transit visa before your departure from US, you might not be allowed to board the Dallas-London flight if you do not have a UK transit visa.

A valid US immigrant visa packet (form 155A/155B) is a 'valid visa' for these purposes, but the following documents are not valid for the DATV exemption:
    - an I-512 parole letter or an I-797C (notice of action) instead of a valid US visa.

bvsamrat, yes it will be accepted when boarding direct US bound flight from other international airports.
Only for connecting flights one will need to check stop-over country's transit visa requirements.
