Team, I need some help & guidance. I filled my EAD/AP renewal on 12/09/2020 at Lewisville, TX lockbox. We haven't received a receipt notice yet and my EAD expires on (03/03/2021). Like to know if any of you guys are experiencing similar delays?
Action taken so far :
1. Email to LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov.
2. Try to call (800) 375-5283...no success got stuck in an automated answering loop.
Can you please suggest what I can do?
Also, just in case I do not receive my receipt in time what will be my legal status to live /work?
