Is H1B one year extension possible when PERM is approved and I140 is pending

Hi

Quickview of my situation:

1. H1B will max out on 05/11/2019
2. My Labor Application was filed with DOL on 06/18/2019 and is now approved.
3. I140 is filed on 04/01/2020 and is still pending . USCIS has temporarily suspended premium processing is untill further notice.



Can you please let me know if i can apply for 1 year extension on my H1B as PERM is approved and prevent going out of status after 05/11??

yes extension can be filed based on approved perm and pending I-140. Apply ASAP as apart from COVID-19, USCIS might be dealing with FY-2021 H1B lottery too so all processing will be slow.
