    I think OFLC should be congratulated on a very productive year.

    This is only the second time that PERM certifications have exceed 100k, even in a full FY.

    August saw what is probably a record number of certifications for a single month at more than 17k. If repeated, FY2018 would become a record year. The precious best is FY2016, with 115,933 certifications.
    Without an irritant, there can be no pearl.

    Thanks, Spec!

    So looking at numbers there appears to be zero chance of horizontal spillover for EB2-I in FY 2019. What's the latest EB2: EB3 ratio for ROW Spec? ( I am assuming 60:40). Is that valid anymore?
