    OFLC FY2016 Q2 Disclosure Data Released - Appears Faulty

    OFLC have released the Disclosure Data for FY2016 Q2.

    Unfortunately, the data looks faulty.

    a) It includes some cases certified in FY2015 and FY2016 Q3.

    b) The number of certified cases for FY2016 Q1/Q2 is something over 2k less than both the DOL LCR systems and the OFLC Statistics show.

    The record layout is not as described and is missing fields.

    I can't trust the data sufficiently to use it to update the PERM postings.

    I will monitor the disclosure data to see if it is updated. In the meantime, I will use the DOL LCR data I have to update the PERM postings as I find time to do so.

    I'll edit this post to announce when that is done.
