Cruise to Mexico, Cayman Islands and Carribian Island

Hi

I plan to go on a 7 day cruise (royal Caribbean) this November with my family. I'm on H1B with multiple entries, same is the case with my wife as well. The question I have is, Do i require a visa to visit all three countries (Mexico, Cayman Islands and Carribian Island) and will i face any issues while reentering the US. Can anyone throw some light on it?

You do not require a visa to Mexico but i am not sure about Cayman Islands and Caribbean Islands. Generally for closed loop trips like cruise trips, you do not require a visa of the visiting country however you need to have valid H1B visa to re-enter into united states.
