Q1 FY2016 saw 23.1k PERM receipts and there were 24.0k certifications out of 26.9k cases processed. The receipts are practically the same as the same period last year (70 less or 0.3%)
Some of the % quoted seem screwed up.
India accounted for 55% of certifications and 47% had a minimum requirement of an advanced degree.
Of Active PERM applications, 80% are in Analyst Review (a new high I think), 9% are in Audit, 10% in Appeal and 1% Other. The number of pending cases is not given this time.
