    Thought so. I'm almost certain USCIS lost my wife's case file. No activity since filing but for renewing EAD. Might have to meet with congressman/senator. Thanks for your reply though!!

    I got an RFE as well. Its medical. Unrelated, I also moved from MA to CA. The RFE was sent out in Dec.

    My PD is 09/2009
    Texas Service Center
    Receipt Notice date :- 02/01/12. | FP notice Date :- 02/14/12 | FP date :- 03/13/12 | AP Approved : 03/02/12. Notice in the mail, allegedly. | EAD Approved :- 03/06/12. EAD received. 03/10/12.

    Update Guys -- My wife received an RFE and we have responded to the same. Had to work with Congressman's office to have NSC look at it, but the process was pretty quick. Hope GC is granted soon. PD : 07/2008.
