Hello Everyone,

I have couple of questions,

1) I got my PWD for PERM on 07/24/2015, it was much higher then my current pay, so we decided to do another one, the second request was Voided due to not providing information to RFI. Now with the pay increase, Can I use my first determination issued on 7/24/2015 with expiry of 06/30/2016?

2) HR decided to submit 9089 (PERM) on Aug 8, 2015 which we later decided to withdraw due to PWD, we tried to cancel the application online but couldn't so sent an email to PLC.Help@dol.gov, never got a reply and believe the application is still pending. Can we do a second PERM 9089 application without cancelling the first one?
