This is a simple, endearing, emotional and one of the most powerful songs ever in Marathi. Written by Prahlad Keshav Atre (Aka Acharya Atre). You can see the power of the song in its simplicity which rivals that of Ga. Di. Madgulakar.

The movie was written, produced, directed by Atre. The movie received the first ever Rashtrapati Gold Medal for best movie of the year.

विचाराया गेले नारद म्हणून (Narada went to ask for her help )


बोट श्रीहरीचे कापले ग बाई (Krishna has hurt his finger and started bleeding)
बांधायला चिंधी लवकर देई (Please give him some cloth to cover the wound)
सुभद्रा बोलली ... (Subhadra said)
शालू नि पैठणी (All I have is rich cloths)
