USCIS online status not available - 2 monts since filing 485

Hi folks,
I have a priority date of Feb 2009. My company lawyer recently filed 485/EAD/AP for me and my wife on Sep 30. Whenever I check the status of all our applications online at USCIS, it shows "Case not available". I have already received the receipt notices for the applications and also got the biometric appointment notice (Nov 13). So I know that the application is with USCIS. Question : is it normal for USCIS to take this long to update the online status? Do I need to call them?

There have been instances of cases going for months without showing on the online system. As long as the process is moving forward (and it seems it is in your case) you should not worry. However, you should feel free to call if it continues to not show up.
