My personal opinion (and pitch in if you disagree) is NOT doing any crime, paying taxes and maintaining residence are the requirements to maintain GC and obtain citizenship,
The burden is on the applicant to prove that he/she is eligible for GC but for GC revocation the Govt has to prove that they have good evidence that there is fraud.
My point is there are several things we need to do after GC and obsessing about duration of stay with sponsoring employer is the last one.
