First off, congrats gc0907!!

Great to see so many Nov approvals form NSC. Even though TSC is roughly 1 month behind, I check my case status almost every day. Lol.

On another note, I have barely been able to access trackitt the last couple of days. Is it just me or has trackitt been down?

Even Iam going through the same. Just guessing that TSC has a lot of old baggage and they are still focusing on the older cases. Roughly 1 TSC Oct filer gets approved daily on Trackitt; I wonder there would be more but since the site is down all day people do not really get a chance to update their status. This issue of TSC lagging behind may also be due to tokens or their target for this month which may have been completed. In the latest update they are kind of going by the 9% a month model. Let’s hope we will have some better news from TSC staring 01-Feb. Congrats to all NSC friends who have made it to greener pastures. All NSC folks if you have your FP done its just a matter of time, NSC is doing a great job on the approvals front.

Has your check been cashed? My check (dependent) got cashed 7 days after being picked up from the Phoenix lock box. So, I am assuming my husband's check is also cashed.

No Receipts yet.

How long after your RD did you guys see your checks being cashed? My wife's check hasn't been cashed yet after 7 working days.

Stem bhai congratulations, your better half is approved. Hopefully your approval should also be on its way. I remember you are a doctor so you can write your own prescriptions this wait is really taking a toll a lot of it is luck. Hopefully yours will also be approved in the coming week. TSC has a lot of work to complete and from Feb 01 a new batch of applications will be coming.

Congratulations for the GC!....I believe that the EAD/AP approval e-mails/sms from NSC usually come in the evenings (after 7pm EST) while I-485 approval e-mails can come at any time. is this correct? about what time EST did you get your I-485 approval e-mail/sms?

My P.D is Oct '08 so I am in the queue to be processed .... but anyway I liked your proactiveness in congratulating me for a second I felt that I have my green card hehe.
I know also know how blindly we read and how "Desperate" each one of us are to get their greeen card .............................

I sincerely hope that you get your EAD soon. On Trackitt if you read the Nov filers thread a whole lot at least from TSC are getting their EAD / AP. Since your wife is approved there are possibilities that even you are approved, one of my colleagues got the notifications the first set just for himself and his daughter later the second set included his wife as well (these come in 2 -5 days), the other possibility is you might get a rfe for initial evidence indicating something basic is missing (You may have sent it, attorney may have missed it or misplaced by USCIS), best one that your 485 may possibly get approved directly. The prescription part is interesting, US has good laws in place for everything. In UK at least doctors can write their own prescriptions but a copy of any prescription goes to the government licensing agency so people would be very scared to misuse it.

Let’s hope for the best for the next month. Oct TSC filers are getting approval or but at a slow pace. Maybe mid next month before anything starts. Most cases except for a few are by RD.

This is fine. It was RD for my wife as well. Basically they have created a new A# for you but the data entered is either defaulted or insufficient. As long as the primary applicant’s details are correct it should be ok.
