Yes,
Same happend to me. ND 8th and received on 12th but case# was recognized online on 15th. That's when I was able to add it to my portfolio. Also the LUD for all the three is 11/15.

EAD(I765): On December 9, 2011, we ordered production of your new card.
AP(I131): On December 9, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT.

following this blog for a long time and finally have the courage to post.

i received the EAD cards today for myself and wife. they ordered the cards on Dec 5th.

Congratulations. I am in the same situation, got EAD / AP Approval, but haven't received FP notice yet. I hope, I will get it soon as I am planning to go to India in second week Jan.

Looks like our fates are intertwined. I got the FP notice today while u got the EAD approval. Hopefully early next week it will be vice-versa!!!

Hi All,

I was gathering all the documents needed for I485 filing and noticed that in the copy of I140 I had with, we have a typo in the PD field , instead of Mar 26, 2008, it says May 26, 2008.

I checked the copy of labor petition and it clearly says the filing date is 03-26-2008.

Will this cause any delay in filing my 485 ? what will the lawyers do in such cases ? should I have to wait for my I140 to be corrected ?

I am now able to see my application status online. Earlier, the website won't even recognize the receipt nos. Everthing is in "initial review"

Guys, Finally I received my EAD / AP, a single card with exp date of 12/05/2012. I expected EAD to have 2 years, but it is valid for just 1 year and I still waiting for FP notice.
I blocked my tickets for next month 11th and hope that we will be done with FP by that.

I thought they are issuing it with two years validity. But after reading this it looks like if the PD is current they issue for 1 year and if the date has retrogressed then they give for 2 years. So it's on case-to-case basis.
Excerpt:

Finally my I-485 packet has been sent from my employer's office on 12/08, received CIS on 12/09.

When can I expects receipt notices in mail?
When can I expect FP appointment?
When can I expect My F R E E D O M (GC) [PD 01/16/2008]

Might be true, so if issued one year then hopefully they will get GC very soon ( i mean less than a year)

My application was mailed to Phoenix(USPS tracking). So which service center does it belong to. I dont see any Phoenix service center as such. Does it go to Texas service center. Receipt numbers start with SRC.
