No, I did not receive any LUDs after FP. My last(only) LUD was on 10/15, I guess around the time when they were shipping out the receipts. I did not receive LUD even before FP notice arrived.

Ok this indicates that they still have not truly touched your case or started working. I was hoping that some of the Oct filers may start to see approvals by this month end.

yup, you could imagine, I'm hoping, in fact praying

We can only walk into to the specific one on our FP notice. Rest is luck and their good mood if they allow. I will give it a try at the most we have to go back .

I was given a fixed date (see signature) and time for biometrics appointment. One thing I'd like to mention is that my appointment time and wife's appointment time are couple of hours apart. But lawyers mentioned that its ok. They allow family members to get fingerprinted at the same time.
    Thanks tackle.

Stemcell, don't worry you have my company.

I had Dec'8th appointment. We just walked in @Atlanta ASC and completed biometrics this afternoon. Nobody asked about early walk-in, I also didn't mention about it.The whole process took about 20-25 mins.

Also regrarding the LUDs- From whatever I noticed, NSC applicants get lot of LUDs compared to TSC folks. For issuing FP notices also NSC applicants get SLUDs,which is not the case with TSC(as far as I observerd).

Guys, Why do we need to rush in for finger print earlier in case if there is a scheduled appointment received by us?
Forgive me if I am mistaken, but finger printing is only a part of the AOS process, but not a pre-requisite for any steps, which they follow in processing the apps.
We can even get our EAD's and AP's without finger prints..right?

  9. #134
Good. I'll actually open a thread that can list ASCs that welcome early walk-ins.

    Hey red2green,
Nice to know that Atlanta takes walk in.
So when you got the Dec 8 appointment did you call the service center and ask for walk in appointment or you just walked in? And what did they do to the Dec 8 appointment...just cancel it ?
    Thanks in advance.
Nice to know you are from the Atlanta area

@Stemcell- I didn't call the service center in advance, just walked-in. Staff were very nice & friendly at ASC.

Dec'8th appointment doesn't have to be cancelled. I think it will just show up as completed in the system. FP appointment letter is stamped indicating FP processing is completed. We need to save that for future references.

If you are walking-in, avoid Mondays & all mornings. You don't see anyone waiting in the queue after 1PM and is good time for walk-ins. good luck every one.

As soggadu bhai said, good to see a fellow citygen in the forum...-

    Received FP notice

Just received a scanned copy of the FP notice from the attorney.
    RD - 02/11
    ND – 07/11
    Checks – 08/11
    Receipts (Snail mail) – 13/11
FP ND - 11/10 (Leo's formula is perfect)
FP date - 11/25 (It's actually a good day to get for any consultant)

I have a question - I registered on the USCIS case status system and then tried to log in to my account and I got a message saying my password is invalid. So, I tried again - didn't work. I thought, ok ,maybe I entered it wrong, so I tried to reset the password and got a message saying - can't use the same password that you previously used. ?! So I changed my password and tried to log in again. I'm not able to log in! Has this happened to anyone else? I'm wondering if I got locked out and if I did, will I be able to try again later or do I need to create a new account?

Edit: I was able to log in successfully - it was my mistake.

Wife's PD has received date on it.I guess most of you have the same issue so i am not freaking out.

Received FP appointment letter today. FP date is 11/25. Is it not supposed to be a holiday? I have to drive 3+ hours.... hope I wont end up seeing a closed office.

Haven't received mine yet. Getting a bit anxious. Is it too early to call USCIS and ask for an update or should I give it a few more days?

    Code:
    Priority Date - Oct 10, 2007
    Mailed Date - Nov 1, 2011
    Received Date - Nov 3, 2011
    Notice Date - Nov 7, 2011

    10102007,

How did you get to know the received and notice date, were you tracking them by courier ? I am sure next week you should get them.

  21. #146
@10102007 - The RD and ND are on the notice itself. You can check with your attorney when exactly did they mail your packet. The delay is going to be progressively higher, so even if he sent say 5 days late your packet may be looked at 15 days late due to volumes. Don't worry though but best to be on top of things. If you have sent your cheques then check for them. Calling USCIS is very simple all you will need is your A#, do not hesitate to call they are quite courteous.

Friends just received the notice copies for FP at home today. It’s good that they are sending everything to the applicant directly.
    RD - 02/11, ND – 07/11 @TSC
    Checks – 08/11 (Dallas)
    Receipts (Snail mail) – 13/11
FP ND - 11/10 (Leo's formula is perfect)
FP Notice Receipts (Snail Mail) - 11/19/2011
FP date - 11/25 (It's actually a good day to get for any consultant)

They got their day off on the 11th Veterans Day, so you should be good.

No worries buddy even they have a Notice date and receipt date is when you get them. Looks like TSC is faster than NSC on this front.
