Thanks for the above stats. I heard couple of TSC 485 approvals today. They both had RD as Nov'1st and PDs sometime in July.
So far It seems all TSC Nov approvals are with RD Nov'1st.

Hopefully all Nov filers get greened by end of FEB.

after my aggressive,regressive,post regression, random analysis... I guess teddy, gchopeful and indiaeb2 will get their gc emails before saint valentines get here....

tsc is working very much on rd+pd formula approving the July guys....

any ideas when. They will start working on Oct pd's?

Sogaddu bhai thanks, this valentines day I will be completing 5 years of sending my papers for labor to my attorney, I hope your prediction and kind words come true.

For TSC as of now more than PD your RD is important, me and you have the same RD so lets hope for the best. For NSC guys get your FP done and then its your luck. Just saw some TSC approvals on Trackitt. also happy to see Jul PD Nov filers being approved.

guys...quick question.... Me and spouse got our ead/ap approval emails on Jan 17, the same evening my spouse's dad card was in the mail box.... I didn't get my card yet but received physical notices saying both ead and ap are approved.... Now after so many days, I get 2 e-mails saying my 765 is now under card production.... What is happening????

Thank you all for the wishes. The journey was little longer for us, almost 11 and 1/2 years, got my labor approved 4 times, we did not wait until the I140 process, could not take crap anymore, so moved on from one company to the other. I think 5 years is a decent time for the GC process to complete.

Soggadu shoban babu, for us, we got the EAD/AP approval and card production emails one after the other at the same time. One reason could be the IO/system may have missed triggering the CPO for you guys....

Nothing to worry....I have heard the same from some of my other friends....they got the text msg and case status was updated but didn't receive the cards for a week and then they got text message again for CPO and they got their cards in 2-3 days....You would receive the card in another 2-3 days max....

This set of messages / email mean that your card has been finally mailed you should get it soon.

Finally, I was able to check my case status online and it said my 131 is approved. but Still unable to check the status of EAD and 485. I am those unfortunate TSC ones whose case was filed the day their batch job was destined to fail.

They say now you will be able to check the status online once it has been approved. Wonder if its approved, why will I track it

We are from same batch and I got for ead not ap. since its combine one should be enough.

Primary EAD/AP CPO emails received on 02/06/2012. Wife's EAD/AP is still in initial review, probably because her H1B EOS has an RFE for employer/employee relationship evidence.

I am part of same batch. I am not able to track our cases online. But we were able to track it once our EAD and AP was approved. We still cannot track our I-485 application.

Yes, I was photographed. That is the one that appeared on my EAD/AP. I did not get my GC yet, but I believe that would be same photo.( at least my own photo if not the same )

Yes we were photographed during FP. But our EAD/AP was approved before FP so it has photographs that were submitted during I-485 application.

I wonder if you asked this question out of curiosity or any cases where it mattered which photo appears where?

FYI: On EAD and GC, the photos appear in black in white shade and not colored.
