I just hope TSC reaches Nov filers soon. Even my PD is 07/24 however thanks to my lawyer RD is 11/02 instead of 11/01 thanks to my lawyer.

Can you enlighten me on your job profile or education etc, just trying to see if there is a low hanging fruit kind of criteria

Thanks to my attorney, she did not file until 10/06 and that was a long weekend. RD ended up being 10/11

Thanks for your kind words, hopefully the day will come soon, Iam approaching my 6th year anniversary on feb 14th when I submitted alll documents to my attorney for labor, it finally took more than 5 months for the whole thing advertisements, prevailing wage etc and several reminders to file in Jul end. They were simply too busy in substitution labor and 485 filing, the final nail in the coffin was application going to Atlanta instead of Chicago.

Yes, I think the processing time they have put up so bad just to avoid people bothering them with service requests and phone calls and senator inquiries. It does not mean that it will take 8 months for approval. It is kind of bad that there it no pressure on a service center to meet the national processing goal of 4 months.

That actually puts you amongst the last 20% Oct filers, if we see TSC approvals in some numbers hopefully the end are near. Probably our destiny is to be on the slow boat always Atlanta in 2007 and TSC in 2012 but we live with the hope of reaching the finish line is not that bad this time as last time when we missed our connection and waited for 4.5 years this is the last and final leg. yup, I really had to push them to even get filed it by 10/11. They were like we have until the end of month for the vb validity.

tsc is working very much on rd+pd formula approving the July guys....
