It is back up again. Assuming trackitt cases represents 4.5% from the total universe, we have 919 cases entered since Oct 2011 for EB2I giving us a total of about 20K in USCIS pipeline. In a few months when most of 2009 and 2008 PDs are registered, we may see pipe of about 45-50K. Just saying.

Congratulations! A Nov filer getting GC is amazing. QSP Lives!! The fact that we still have visa numbers available even after more than 8K-10K consumption already is an encouraging sign.
All these cases also serve to extend the lower limit of the retrogression when it finally happens. The speed of processing is phenomenal here too - less than two months. Isn't Nebraska considered a slower service center?
Update: Thinking a bit more - is this also a confirmation of the fact that RD does not matter much? Here we have an approval for a 14-Nov RD when so many of the first-week-of-Nov filers are still waiting?

It shows there is no order in which they are approving i.e. PD/RD/ND/FP or anything.

Q, I have not even got FP yet. I am beginning to suspect a delay with Oxnard, Ventura county, California ASC is messed up delayed. I have opened service request. Any guys from up here, what say u?
I am not that worried about EAD etc, that has SLA of 90 days. But yes, FP is needed to strike while iron is hot.
Never heard of 485 approval without FP.

Many congratulations to you and your family. Enjoy this moment to the fullest. Thanks for sharing the good news with all of us, this increases our hopes, do continue to write. I remember you as one of the old timers since predictions and calculations started on the other site. Congratulations and best wishes once again.
I know few people who got EAD approval email and then card prod order email. When I 485 got approved they got again card prod email.
Since your EAD / AP date is so close can you confirm that you received EAD in hand or it could be one of EAD approval email.. Sorry I don't want to spoil party but it happened to few that i know in past....
