    I129 Denial

    My wife's I129 petition changed to denial status on USCIS site. What are the possible reasons for it?

    Rookie - the employer should receive a notice with reason. That is the only way for her to know since she is a beneficiary not an applicant here.

    Thanks for the reply.

    The status was changed just a day back. Do employers reapply to rectify the denial reasons? Is there a possibility to reapply through another employer for the same petition?

    Yes of course the employer can appeal and usually they do. And yes of course another employer can also file another petition.
