Lightbulb H1B Stamping in India While on AP

    Dear Friends,

Sorry for posting my question here. I currently have EAD/AP (EB2 India/May 09) and am planning a trip to India next month. My H1-B visa stamping is expired but have the extension approved approved until Oct 2016. I am not sure if I want to go for H1-B stamping or use EAD/AP at the port of entry. I am a full time employee with a product based American firm. Will remove my post once it is answered. Please advice.

    Thanks

This question has been answered many many times. Please take some times to browse the forum. But since you asked ... I have personally taken such a risk and didn't have any issue. I think if your company is stable then there is no reason why you should've any problems. It doesn't make sense to go to India and spend precious time in stamping! Not to mention the money. All the best for your trip.

Oh that's ok. No need to delete. I moved it here. I just meant to say that sometimes a lot of the info is available but yes the search functionality of this software is not the best unfortunately.
