Congrats to all who got greened.
Need some suggestions
Received the CPO mail & text on Jul 12 followed by welcome notice. There was no case update online after CPO and have not received my GC card till now.
Raised SR after 30 days and received a response after 15 days that "Your file has been requested. Upon receipt, your case will be reviewed".
The mail has an XM# for queries and to wait for 60 days for a response.
I have scheduled an infopass appointment next week and planning to get passport stamped with I 551.
what are my options
1. Will calling USCIS again help - may be try to reach the XM# if L1 agrees to
2. Do I need to seek help of Congressman immediately or wait for 60 days
3. Anything specific I can request during infopass appointment which can help resolve the issue.
4. Is my EAD valid and its due renewal Dec 14 ?
My spouse is also having the same issue.

Thank you so much Q, Spec, Kanmani, Vizcard and all the members here, for having such a one stop place to contribute and support each other. I received the physical GC today 09/12. I couldn't believe it, as almost all my applications in GC journey took it's maximum time to get through but this one.
PD 27th Jan 2009
RFE 13th Jun 2014, for medical and EVL.
RFE responded and delivered on 14th July 2014 but did not move to RFERR, till I see the status changed to CPO on 5th Sept 2014.
Welcome mail received on 9/11 and I missed the window to get the tracking no# from USCIS case status system.
On 9/12 called in to get the tracking no#, L1 transferred my call to L2 as she couldn't help to get the tracking no#.

I'd focus on the infopass appointment. Take the welcome letter and receipt notices with you along with your passports. Worst case scenario, you can get a I-551 stamp on your passport based on your approval. You are approved so that's not the issue. Your cards are probably just MIA.
Since your case has been approved, your EAD is no longer valid. I would clarify all this during the Infopass appointment.
Hi Guys,
Just a word of caution for those who have moved since filing I-485 and it is pending.
I moved while my I-485 was pending and filed an AR-11 online, I also made sure that I updated my address on my pending I-485. I received confirmation of change both via email and postal mail. All well and good.
I was lucky that my RFE's were sent to my new address and we responded in time.
I got approved recently and got the CPO email with USPS tracking number. The funny thing about USPS tracking is that when you track your mail, it doesn't tell you the destination city as FedEx or UPS. To my surprise when I checked the tracking on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I found out that they shipped the cards to my old address. I thought, oh no problem they will just return it to USCIS because I have mail forwarding setup (been less than a year). But nope, USPS delivered it to my old address, regardless of the fact that I had mail forwarding. I was lucky that I know the tenant at my old address and was able to ask him to ship me the cards.
I didn't dig deeper into why this happened. But I have heard this happen to several people. So I would suggest you call USPS to confirm delivery address when you get your CPO email with USPS tracking and if you have moved since filing I-485.
I got the CPO and Decision emails today. It was a pleasant surprise as just last week L2 had mentioned that the case was transferred to the Local office. I would like to thank all the gurus and the forum members for their support. Analysis and the civil discussions here made me feel better when I felt I was blindfolded with no information. Good luck to everyone waiting.

hi,
hang in there. you shld get gc soon. my pd is 24 march 2009, rferr was 11 jul, 2014. raised eSR on 4th sept (couldn't wait for 60 days) spoke with l1 on 10th sept, she was kind enough to transfer me to L2, however l2 said that he cannot give me any info as I had already raised eSR and told me to wait till 19th sept. finally got cpo email yesterday. I think L2 wont say anything if they know you have raised SR. that's my 2 cents. hope you get GC soooon.

Is there anyone who got his/her GC this year that was not RFEd? Also, is there anyone with only medical certification RFE?
Folks- Finally ,oh boy.... what a journey, it has to come to end in a perfect timing. We were blessed with a baby girl on Sunday 9/21 and our CPO email came on Monday 9/22.. We are overwhelmed. I couldn't post it earlier due as our daughter is keeping us busy.I got a break finally to post this. This was one of the toughest journey and I couldn't ask for perfect end. I was very emotional when I got the CPO email. No doubt the toughest journey of my life. I wish no one goes through this pain and anxiety. I started visiting this forum from 2012 and not a single day I missed coming to this site. All the gurus rock here... I love all the informative posts, expertise and the respect being shared Q, Spec, Kanmani, Sportsfan and all the gurus -great job guys and please continue to do so. I gained immigration knowledge from this forum and will continue to visit this site. Here are my details
