My case is slightly different . First RFE review July 25th and second RFE review for the same RFE is August 25th.

We used to keep an awesome list of members sorted by PD where we could see all who have been approved and those who are close. Anybody remembers where it is? Somebody volunteering to maintain the list??

Finally the 14 year 9 month over. A consolation prize this year after losing my premature second daughter in July.

This forum gave some insight couple of years back, and would look to it for reliable information.

Finally the 14 year 9 month over. A consolation prize this year after losing my premature second daughter in July.

I was so sad 2 years ago for not attend function in India due to visa issue and your words was encourages to me also you shared your personel view. Thank you for that.

One quick question to all: My attorney got RFE, we replied and I never recived it any RFE and never changed my house address since 485 was filled, (2 EAD & AP also same address)

GC will come to my home address or Attorney place? Already opened SR on next Thursday, Shall I cancel it ? Shall I call L2 Officer to confirm my address?

Please advise!!!

It is normal for RFE to only go to the attorney. My RFEs only went to the attorney and she confirmed that this is quite normal. THE GC though will come directly to you - just like EAD/AP.

I opened a SR online on the 4th and guess what? I got CPO emails yesterday evening from USCIS. Exactly 90 days after the RFE was issued. Thank you so much vizcard. Only yesterday i was down and frustrated after the visa number news...i can't believe this myself.

I finally got my CPO email/text

CPO: 9/11/2014 @ 2:30 PM ET

Additional Info: Initiated Congressman Enquiry on 7/29 and it was going nowhere, finally when i heard the news last night i called them first thing this morning and the lady was very helpful. she spoke to the Congressional liaison at the TSC and said mine is under final review and should happen anytime. Created SR on on Aug 20 but it was a standard reply. In my case God only knows why it took so long when they were happily approving 2009 cases

Wishing everyone (including Seeking_GC_Since_Jun_2008 and Krookbond - You are not far behind) all the best to get yours soon!!!

Guys, internal retrogression as of 10th and GC approval on 11th indicates there must have been an internal allocation of visas done before the announcement. I wish/guess everyone waiting must have got allocated a visa number before they were exhausted. All the best to all waiting, your cards are on the way!
