Jagan01, I would be surprised if it is not working properly. The only explanation can be that someone else was voting at the same time and that changed the count of No and not your vote. Let us see if anyone else faces the same issue and that would give us a better idea. Just check if it shows you that you have already voted message or not.

Yes it does say that I have already voted. I do not know if there is lag in the vote display. Before I voted it was 7-2 and after my vote it should have been 8-2. Instead it became 7-3. A shortwhile later it became 8-3. So if there is a delay then ya it might have been possible that someone else voted just before me to make it 7-3 and then my vote reflected after a while to make it 8-3.

An EB-I applicant should know about delays . I am more confident than earlier that it is working fine and the way you describe it actually correctly explains it. We will revisit if someone else complains else the issue can be put to a resolved status.
