Walked into congresswoman's local office on 8/8/2013 and spoke to the immigration liaison/caseworker. They took the privacy form, i-485 notice and told me that they will provide me an update in next 3 weeks. If I do not hear back in 3 weeks time, the liaison gave me his business card and asked me to contact him.
I also have an InfoPass appointment for 08/20/2013. Hope to get some concrete information then.

Opened SR on August 5th no response, today contacted senator hope something happened, getting somewhat desperate.
I never felt so relieved in last 3 years! The magic email came to me an hour ago. My PD is Jul 31 2007 EB2I. Texas, replied to mass RFE on 07/16.

On August 12, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.
If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283."

I read few posts on Trackitt that have attributed CPO to SR that they may have opened last week. Knowing that each case is unique in itself, can I ask folks to chime in if they have any concrete suggestion here

Trend/pace of approvals about the same with about 17 ( primary) approvals on trackitt ( of course few more might update later tonight or in next few days).
Even now the majority are pending and minority are approved.
My own personal case has no impact with congressional inquiry and I suspect some who reported approval close to inquiry might be a co-incidence ( just wanted to share mine )
What happened to the Visa Bulletin? Its 8/13, still not out????????????
As Spec mentioned in the other thread (and its on Trackitt too), the delay might be due to consulates being closed for a week. I also think, it has to do with the "slower" pace for approvals - particulary for the upgrades (porters). It should be out tomorrow afternoon.
