Can someone please let me know EAD ap renewal process plz ? Applied in new fee structure last year and will expire by apr 20. Will I get 2yr validity this time ? My pd is Apr 2010.

Can someone please let me know EAD ap renewal process plz ? Applied in new fee structure last year and will expire by apr 20. Will I get 2yr validity this time ? My pd is Apr 2010.

We applied for AP/EAD renewal on 13thDec12 and received on 18th Dec 2012, I was the primary, my wife's EAD/AP approved and received on 28th Jan13 for 2 years, am waiting for mine to to come in.
We attached G1145 along with the application and 5 cover letters. (1) main cover letter (2&3) AP&EAD cover letter for primary (4&5) AP/EAD cover letter for primary and dependent, application and supporting documents enclosed in 4 different file folders with corresponding labels on each.

On I 131 appln Part4 I put :- I will be required to travel to visit my parents in India. I will return to United States to purse my adjustment of status application. I respectfully request the office to grant an advance parole valid for multiple entries as long as possible under the current guidelines.
