Hi Monica,
I am not going to sign this and I neither have a GC nor anywhere close to that. I think I have a right to speak my mind, just like you do. Sigh if you wish. That's fine.

If anybody thinks this is not going to work, that's fine. We all have our opinions. As long as we respect others' right to have a viewpoint and as long as their actions don't hurt us, why criticize just for the sake of criticism?
Anybody is welcome to come up with another option and try to move people in that direction.
Personally speaking ... I have decided long back that my focus is to bring clarity to GC process. And that's where I restrict myself. But that doesn't prohibit me from supporting somebody who wants to take some small step.
I no longer provide calculations/predictions ever since whereismyGC.com was created.
I do run this site only as an administrator. Our goal is to improve clarity of GC process to help people plan their lives better.

CoolMJ, For once think about what this country needs. Not what you need. I am sure you will see my point. The equivalent of this petition in India is land grabbing. A tenant stays in your house for 13 years and voila---he files a petition in court that the house is his.
Please step out from your shoes and look at the bigger picture. Be fair. I have been in the US longer than most of you. The immigration system needs a fix. But be rational, be fair just like how you expect USCIS etc to be.
RMS, With all due respect what CoolMJ is trying to do is not unfair. I see your point about thinking what the country needs. But that starts with a stability at home.
Also it is not the same as land grabbing. We are only asking. We are not claiming to be citizens and are not taking the USCIS To court here.
But I do believe the petition lacks merit. But it never hurts to ask and I believe that is what CoolMJ is doing - just ask.
At least sign this petiton, immaterial if it gives result or not.. Please do it for yourself to help yourself at least 5 % :-)

UFO hunters are now turning to an Obama administration initiative in the hopes of revealing what the government really knows about extraterrestrials. For years now UFO believers have insisted that the US government is masking information about alien visitations (UFO believers petition the White House for information). From what I heard recently, the petition has attained its goal and then some, with a grand total of 7,221 signatures as of Oct 4.
Hi Friends,
Petition to get H1 stamping done from within US. Go on and sign the petition to save the trouble of getting stuck with the stupid 221g form during Visa stamping... Please use the link below and create an account to sign the petition.
