Hi All,

We have just mailed I-539 form for H1b to H4 conversion to the USCIS field office in lewisville,tx via UPS overnight. The tracking info says there was no one to receive the package and a second attempt would be made.

I am not sure about their office hours. Has anyone faced this issue?
