Congrats to all those got current with this bulletin.
Sportsfan!!! You the man. You predicted it just right from your lawyer's words that this bulletin will move by a few months and probably to May-2010. I couldnt skim through this thread to find that post but I am sure you said that. May be its time for another visit to your lawyer!![]()
My PD is Jul 2008 and I hope to get my GC this FY and retrogression doesnt happen beyond that...I have been waiting for 10 years and this year will be an interesting one...![]()
based on the current trend, is it expected no movement in coming months and the movement will start again by oct 2012?
It's under Archives, the main page is still yet to be updated.
you can see official bulletin here : http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bul...etin_5664.html
Yes. I read the Spec's post on Demand data. Very useful information.
But is there way to know how much visa numbers have been used up for the year 12? I'm not sure, if I could gain anything from it. But will at least know whats left and the chances are,,,

I have a feeling that somewhere somebody is gathering informations from forums and updating CO!!!!
You can try this.
Remember to look at the trends rather than the absolute figures. It is not a very exact science.

Hi Spectator,
Please comment on FY 2011 numbers. I am not sure if the actual numbers were updated based on Jan 2012 data - what is the source awaited?
>> I have shown cumulative approvals based on the % that was correct for FY2011 (it will be corrected when the actual figures are available in Jan 2012).
Congratulations to all who became current!
As for myself, I missed it by 2 months...![]()
Its finally up on main page

Not sure what to make of this bulletin - since we heard CO saying that a min of 6 months is expected, and he now moves it only 4 months, what information could he have received in the intermediate stage? Perhaps USCIS saying, over the past couple of days, they are overwhelmed with filings for 2009?
I am inclined to agree - particularly on the stalling part. Bummer! I am Sep 2010
