I feel incredibly blessed for receiving tons of wishes and friendship from this blog. Trust me, cherish this blog/forum as dearly as the GC received today. So I won't be going anywhere. However as some of you have rightly said, it is time to change things a bit and push a reset button and rearrange things. So will discuss with other Gurus how to best do this.
I do feel quite passionate about our mission and the mission stays the same. Some of the ideas propped up in the morning are seriously good. May be we should seriously think about having a good formal link with CO's office. I am sure we can give it a serious try.
Meanwhile here is the chronology that some of you may find useful:
Aug 3 (Wed) - Wrote a letter to senior senator from the state.
Aug 8 (Mon) - Case was approved (but I didn't know)
Aug 9 (Tue) - USCIS mailed me decision (but I didn't know)
Aug 10 (Wed) 10:00 am - Opened an SR. Learned Case is approved on Monday
Aug 10 (Wed) 12:30 pm - Received email as well as online status updated to "Decision". Waiting for cards in the mail.
My best wishes and heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for standing for yourself AND for each other on this forum!! All the best!!
