This one is from Mirza Galib from 18th century. He is probably the best pharasi-urdu poet ever from India. I consider him as one of the greatest Indian poets ever. The poem talks about his depression. He lived quite a poor and what he considered a failed life. The poem has some reflections ...

कोई उम्मीद बर नहीं आती
कोई सूरत नजर नहीं आती
मौत का एक दिन मुअ-इन हैं
नींद रातभर क्युं नहीं आती

Nothing hopeful can be seen
Can't see (helpful) faces
Death is Certain
They Why Can't Sleep Peacefully (Today)

आगे आती थी हाल-ए-दिलपे हसीं
अब किसी बात पर नहीं आती
जानता हूं सवाबेताअतो-जहद
पर तबिअत इधर नहीं जाती

In the past I used to laugh at my weakness
Now even that doesn't happen
Yes I know that its good to worship
But just don't feel like

हैं कुछ ऐसीही बात जो चुप हुं
वरना क्या बात कर नहींं आती
क्युं न चीखुं की याद करतें हैं
मेरी आवाज गर नहीं आती

There is a reason why I am silent
Or did you think I can't speak
Or Should I shout to be heard
If otherwise I am not heard

दाग-ए-दिल गर नजर नहीं आता
बूंभी-ए-चारगर नहीं आती
हम वहां हैं जहासे
खुद हमको भी हमारी खबर नहीं आती

my sorrowful heart can't be seen
neither can see a healer
I am at a place where...
Even I can't find myself

मरते हैं आरजुमें मरनेके
मौत आती हैं पर नहीं आती
काबा किस मुंह्से जाओगे गालिब
शर्म तुमको मगर नहीं आती

I am dying everyday hoping to die some day
Every day I feel I died but alas ... I didn't
(After you die) How would you show your face to God?
(You really are a loser & on top of it) have no shame
