It took 6 days for me to get the RFE details by physical mail. Received RFE alert on Sat Feb 11, RFE physical letter was received on Feb 17th.Quote:

I had my FP done on 01/26/2012 and they said result was sent to USCIS the same day.However they gave me a different number to find out about Name Check and Background check which is 202-324-2399. With H1, you get the I-94 with the I-797 approval notice but with EAD, you don't.

I had the same experience, my spouse's EAD/AP were approved on 9th March and he got the physical cards on 15th March. I could finally see my case status online yesterday for EAD. So it was around 10 days after my spouse got approved. Looks like the cases are being processed randomly.Quote:

I don't think the AP/I-94 has an expiry date when you are paroled inside the United States other than admitted under any visa category. In this case the I-94 marks only the arrival of the AOS beneficiary . So, in my opinion there shouldn't be any end date to the AP/I-94 as long as I-485 is pending.Quote:

Question for people who have received FP notices - I remember some folks talking that the FP Notices mentioned that they were for both I-485 as well as I-765 (EAD). The notice that I received today only mentions 485. Is this consistent with what other folks have received? Any cause of concern??
My notice is similar to yours, imdeng. Our ASC is also the same. Goodluck and keep updating :).

Essenel, I think you are right. I have seen couple of my friends who got RFE's and their dependent's didn't get any. Once, these guys were approved, their dependent's got approved as well. I got an RFE on Feb 7th, which I replied on March 19th and my wife didn't get any RFE so far. I hope, everything is fine with her documentation.Quote:
