Guys, got CPO mails Saturday morning. After 14 years in the US, hopefully this chapter is closed.

Senator inquiry initiated Aug 8 (no response till Aug 29 from TSC; they were planning to re-inquire today)
InfoPass: Aug 12 (was told my case assigned to officer on July 31)

Thanks to this excellent forum for providing high quality analysis and reliable info over the years...

I still expect USCIS to deliver my wife's card to the wrong address, as they have done with 2 RFEs (despite the correct address with LI/L2), but that is a smaller anxiety to getting approved.

Good luck to all here, and I am sure most to all current in August will get approved this year!

GCs are raining in it seems. Many congratulations everybody.

I just want to say - on all Guru's behalf (if I can) - that it feels good when people take the effort to let everybody else know their good news. It is also appreciated when people register just to tell us the good news. All the best guys in whatever you choose to do with this freedom.

Just wanted to informeveryone here that I got a CPO text and an email for me and my wife today !

I wasn't expecting it to come by so early and so haven't really processed it yet ... I thought TSC would clear 2008 before starting on 2009 ..

I cannot thank this forum enough for all the information and support it has provided over the past few years.

Special shout out to Q,Spec,Teddy, Kanmani, Nishant, Veni, Viz, sportsfan, Imdeng, KD, Matt ... forgive me for I cannot practically list everybody's name here .. this entire forum is darn good !

RFE: June 30th, replied back July 6th. RFERR since July 8th.


Waiting for Sportsfan's approval and hoping to see Kanmani and Imdeng getting current and getting their GCs soon ..

Good luck to all who are waiting at the various stages .... hopefully things will change for better soon and it won't take as long ..

After 14+ long years in this country, it is more a feeling of relief than happiness for me at this point :) Thanks to all the gurus and contributors in this forum who have helped bring a semblance of sanity to this long and convoluted GC process. I opened a SR online on the 4th and guess what? I got CPO emails yesterday evening from USCIS. Exactly 90 days after the RFE was issued. Thank you so much vizcard. We used to keep an awesome list of members sorted by PD where we could see all who have been approved and those who are close. Anybody remembers where it is? Somebody volunteering to maintain the list??

Finally the 14 year 9 month over. A consolation prize this year after losing my premature second daughter in July.

This forum gave some insight couple of years back, and would look to it for reliable information.
