Another Jan filer for NSC got approval

They're up to what, 4 now? Lets hope they can get through the Nov & Dec backlogs soon so they can truly get stuck into Jan.
An update from my end, I received my EAD/AP approval y'day, so i too am now only waiting on the 485 approval.
Looks like a genuine case, lucky guy.

It depends on the ASC if it allows walk-in appointments or not. Particularly, I haven't seen anyone gain anything by going early for FP. But if you have a valid reason to go early, you can try.

As many as 4 Jan filers on trackitt received their I485 approvals today. 3 from TSC and 1 from NSC. Prior to this surge, there were 1 from each of TSC & NSC approved.

Planing to send photocopy of official Birth Certificate and two affidavits for all.

On March 7, 2012, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.
My attorney called and looks the FP notice sent to them are not received. I am surprised because the address in the forms we submitted is correct. Looks like they had few cases like this earlier. So it is not an issue with the website.
To conclude, some of the Feb filer's receipts are recognized
Just curious, why you are sending affidavits for secondary, is there anything missing in there? primary I see you put reason that it was registered late. Do ask your lawyer about this, what documents you need to send, please get the RFE response sent via lawyer
