Receipt Notice date :- 02/01/2012.
FP notice Date :- 02/14/2012
FP date :- 03/13/2012
AP Approved : 03/02/2012. Notice in the mail, allegedly.
EAD Approved :- 03/06/2012. Notice in the mail, allegedly.

Check your EAD/AP the case numbers are different. I get the 'your case is not found' thing for my 485 application too.

Call them up and check. Speak to a Level 2 agent and explain the problem. In our case the apartment number got truncated on my spouse's application and we got a similar status message online for him (it was for his initial receipts though and not FP notices which we are still awaiting).
The level 2 agent my spouse spoke to was very helpful & was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue.

I checked 6 receipts(3 for me and 3 for my wife), all of them are showing the same text. I reached out to my attorney to check if they know about some other case like this. If not I will call USCIS.

Thats correct! I765 Receipt numbers are recognized.

Kanmani, I assume you are able to search for your I765 but are you also getting this error about address?

What is your ND, RD and Service Center?
You should receive your FP notice soon depending upon your ND and RD if you are a TSC filer. Kanmani received hers a few days ago ..and I received mine yesterday.

There are many TSC Feb filers, including me, who cannot check their status online.

No Umesh . Actually we missed a receipt for ever. Our attorney instructed us to raise this issue during our finger print session.
You better call the customer service and speak to them.

None of mine are recognized !! But I guess I am lagging a few days behind you .. I just received my FP notices yesterday.

Details of Spouse ; Filed Dec 1st ; Received EAD : Jan 21st ; Received RFE on 485 ; Feb 21st ; RFE : Missing chest X ray report in medicals ; Submitted RFE response March 1st ; Received March 2nd USCIS updated: Approval 485 : March 6th ;
Service Center of Spouse : NSC

Mine as a dependent went to TSC : My status is still Initial Review ; EAD : Approved in Feb ; 485 Approval : Hopefully Soon .

Does any one know if a dependant files 485 based on receipt of primary , will USCIS receive some trigger to pick the file of depenedant once the primary gets approved for 485.

I spoke to my attorney and they said that they will call and let me know . I thought I will give them some work :)
I will update this forum once I receive something from law office. Since I got my FP notice and Receipt notice, I am good so far.

Congratulations .. I would think there is a trigger.. you should both be greened within a few days from each other, if not on the same day ..

Folks,

I filed AOS applications in February at NSC. It looks like NSC has been really slow with issuing FP notices. I am yet to receive the FP notices for me and my wife. We are expecting our baby in the first week of April :) Now I am concerned that the FP appointment date might fall around our due date. We can try to walk-in if we get our notices in the next couple of weeks. But anything beyond that would be too close to the due date for our comfort (our ASC is 2 hours away from our home town). Does anyone know what the procedure is to request a reschedule of the FP appointment if it comes to that?

Congratulations mom/dad to be!

In the FP notice there is an instruction on how to reschedule the appointment as follows.

[check box]Please reschedule my appointment. Upon receipt of your request , you will be provided a new appointment notice . Make a copy of this notice and mail the original to ASC address.

The finger print notice has section where you can sign and send request to reschedule to your ASC.

Thank you, Kanmani & nabrika, for the info. Hopefully I wouldn't have to reschedule the appt. But, if I have to, it looks like a straightforward process..

Umesh, this happenned to me, I have never received the notices( My attorney did) and my case status also looked similar but within a day the status changed to "card/document" production and I received my FP notice the very next day. Although, I did put bigger name labels on my mailbox after I saw the case status.

I received my FP notice on 15th Feb and my appointment is tomorrow. But, yeah case status is not available online yet.

Based on my random queries it seems they are updating their systems. All new status information is for 765 and 131 - Last week the difference between my receipt number and last entered receipt number was 9K but now it is 4K. May be next week I will be able to see mine.

Thanks to all for wishes

Thank you all very much for your warm wishes. My spouse is now going to India after 5 years for a much needed 3 month vacation . I know 5 years is not a big deal compared to many others that have gone through even longer ordeals. I hope to see many more approvals in the coming days and hope everyone finds their way to green security.

Myself I'm awaiting my 485 approval based on my spouse's 485 approval . I'm also in a bit of a weird situation since I filed after I got the receipt of primary and mine went to TSC instead of my primary at NSC. I know a couple of folks on this forum also reported such cases .
